The Service is a presentation tool, not a financial advisory service. Neither the Service nor any proposal generated through it constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to pursue any particular loan product, lender, or financial course of action.

Borrowers and consumers should consult with qualified financial advisors, attorneys, or other professionals before making mortgage-related decisions. The mortgage professional presenting the proposal is not acting as an agent of beaconAI.

Broker Responsibility

The mortgage professional who creates and distributes a proposal through the Service is solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the accuracy of all data entered into the Service
  • Confirming that calculated figures are consistent with current lender pricing and guidelines
  • Ensuring that all proposals comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Providing clients with official Loan Estimates and other required disclosures through their loan origination system
  • Maintaining their own mortgage license and regulatory compliance

beaconAI does not monitor, review, or verify any proposal before or after it is sent to a borrower.

No Warranty on Calculation Accuracy

THE COMPANY PROVIDES THE SERVICE AND ALL CALCULATIONS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN CALCULATIONS, WHETHER CAUSED BY SOFTWARE DEFECTS, USER INPUT ERRORS, ROUNDING DIFFERENCES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

The Service uses standard mortgage formulas including principal and interest calculations, APR computation via the Newton-Raphson iterative method, and standard amortization logic. While these methods are industry-standard, the Company does not guarantee that results will match those produced by any particular lender, loan origination system, or regulatory calculation standard.

NMLS Number Display

The Service allows mortgage professionals to enter and display their NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) number on proposals. The Service does not verify NMLS numbers against the NMLS Consumer Access database or any other registry. Display of an NMLS number on a proposal generated through the Service does not constitute a representation by beaconAI that the user holds a valid mortgage license.

No Relationship with Borrowers

beaconAI has no direct or indirect relationship with borrowers who receive proposals. The Company does not:

  • Send, deliver, or transmit proposals to borrowers
  • Collect any information from borrowers
  • Communicate with borrowers in any capacity
  • Make any representations to borrowers about loan terms, availability, or suitability

Any questions or concerns from a borrower regarding a proposal should be directed to the mortgage professional whose contact information appears on the proposal.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYSKA FAMILY OFFICE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS (DOING BUSINESS AS BEACONAI) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PROPOSAL GENERATED THROUGH IT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR FINANCIAL LOSS, REGULATORY PENALTIES, LOST BUSINESS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR CLIENT DISPUTES.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and regardless of whether the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
